I have spent the past 11 and half years professionally designing
and developing websites and applications for local businesses here in
Victoria. With my time largely spent inside source code of
other businesses -- I decided recently to shift that trend,
and develop a presence for myself online. One that
highlights those very hours of source code.
With websites growing into the larger calling card for new business, it's a fun challenge as a developer to build on a companies corporate brand, and expand it through a strong and professional web presence.

School District 91 covers more than 70,000 square kilometers in
North-central British Columbia. This part of the Province has an
enrollment of approximately 5,500 students, while enjoying the
largest single employer in the region; employing nearly 700
people, including roughly 330 teachers and a support staff of 250.
The biggest challenge we had with rebuilding a district site of this scale was organizing the sites' linking structure so it was familiar not only with regular visitors, but non-web savvy district users as well.
